This includes – Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, Decks, Porches, Garages, Pole Barns,

                     Gazebos, Wood/Pellet/Coal burning Stoves, Outdoor Wood Boilers,

                     Sheds larger than 120sqft, Roof/Reroofing, etc.

 

Excluded - Swing sets/playgrounds, Carports open 4 sides, Sheds less than 120sqft

                   Nonresidential farm buildings, including barns, sheds, poultry houses and

                   buildings used directly and solely for agricultural purposes
